Led complete redesign for Capital One credit card onboarding, shifting the “Welcome” experience from bank paperwork to ease of spend, driving $500M+ in incremental spend by Day 30.

Bringing a customer’s upcoming charges together in one space to help them understand and take action on what’s next.
Adding peace of mind at checkout with Google
Led Design and partnership with Google to deliver Google Autofill with Virtual Card Numbers. This experiences gives customers the option to pay with a unique card number with one click at the moment of checkout.
